Initial Disclosure Document
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is the independent regulator of financial services. The FCA requires Radius Vehicle Solutions Limited (also collectively referred to as ‘us’ and ‘we’ hereon) to provide you with a document called an ‘Initial Disclosure Document.
This document contains important information about us, the products we offer, the services we will provide, who regulates us, and what to do if you have a complaint.

We can introduce you to a limited number of finance providers and may receive a commission from them for the introduction. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18s or over, Guarantees may be required.

What do we charge?
We charge a maximum fee of £263.40 inc vat for our vehicle sourcing & ordering services, details of which will be disclosed on your order form. This cost covers the administration fee and the credit and identity check undertaken by the selected funder.
How to pay.
We will provide you with an invoice for the vehicle order processing, once you have received the invoice you can make payment via online banking transfer providing your full name as your reference or we will also accept payment by debit/credit card, please contact your account manager for details of methods:
Radius Vehicle Solutions Limited have commercial agreements in place with a range of dealerships, manufacturers, product providers and funders. Radius Vehicle Solutions Limited are partially a commission-based organisation, which means that we may receive commission-based payments from those we work alongside. We may receive financial renumeration which may be variable or pre-set dependent on the product and the organisation. The amounts that we can receive may vary.
Under Consumer Credit Directive rules, customers are entitled to request to see the potential commission earning from Radius Vehicle Solutions Limited
We maintain a policy of transparency regarding commissions disclosure requests and will willingly provide this information to all customers that request it.
In line with legislation, if you would like us to disclose any potential commissions, please make your request to firstname.lastname@example.org (Compliance Officer)
Once your request is made, it will be dealt with by one of our compliance team. A record of all commission requests and responses will be retained in line with Radius Vehicle Solutions Limited retention policy.

Cancellation of a vehicle will only be acknowledged and acted upon in writing. It is your responsibility to ensure that the written cancellation has been received. Should you choose to cancel an order you will be required to pay us any costs we have reasonably incurred in starting to fulfil your order including any cancellation charges from the vehicle supplier. This charge will be deducted from any refund that is due to you. Where no refund is due to you, such costs will be invoiced to you, and we will affirm these costs with you when you contact us to make the cancellation. If, however, excluding any events outside our control, you have cancelled an order with us due to our failure to comply with these Terms, you are not required to make any payments to us.
What services do we provide?
We will provide you with either comparable details of firms most appropriate to your lending or purchase requirements or general information relating to finance products. In assessing your requirements, we may seek such information about your personal circumstances and objectives as might be relevant in order to enable us to identify your needs. It is important that you provide us with accurate and relevant information.
You will not receive advice, or a recommendation from us, but we may ask questions to narrow down the selection of firms offered, from which you can more easily make your own choice if you so wish.
Whose products do we use?
As a Financial Conduct Authority regulated credit broker we can introduce you to a range of lenders who may be able to help you finance your vehicle and provide other products/services.
Complaints Handling Procedure
It is the aim of Radius Vehicle Solutions Limited to provide a very high standard of service to every client. It is important to us that all complaints are resolved as quickly as possible and to the complete satisfaction of our clients.
This procedure explains how we will deal with any complaints. It also tells you what you can do if you think your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction.
If you have a complaint
If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service, then we would like to hear from you. You can contact us by telephone, email or in writing and your complaint will be resolved in the shortest possible time by the appropriate person.

To help us to investigate and resolve your concerns as quickly as possible please provide the following information:
Your full name and contact information.
· Full details of your complaint
· Your lease agreement details.
· Details of what you would like us to do to put things right.
· Photocopies of any relevant paperwork
What we will do if we receive a complaint from you
We will try to resolve your complaint immediately; however, sometimes, this may not be possible. In the unlikely event that we are not able to resolve your complaint by the end of the next business day, we will keep you informed of the progress of our investigations and provide our final response in writing with details of our findings any actions undertaken.
If you are not satisfied with our resolution of your complaint:
Financial Ombudsman Service
If you have a regulated contract with us and are not satisfied with our final response you are eligible to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You must do this within six months of our final response. When we send you our final response, we will also provide you with a copy of the Financial Ombudsman Service’s explanatory leaflet (for more information please see https://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/publications/consumer-leaflet.htm).
